Sandwich kraut August 13, 2022

I’m telling you, this is my new favorite kraut. Finely shredded cabbage, 2% salt, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning. Ferment for two weeks.

It’s got the crunch and tang of a Blimpie’s sub.
